Happy, happy Monday everyone! I hope you are happy this morning! It is a rainy, dreary weather kind of day here…. and I love it! Rainy days are cozy! Perfect for getting caught up on laundry, baking bread, or cookies! Warm sweaters and big comfy socks! It is supposed to be rainy for this week so I plan on enjoying every single day!
We had a big announcement this weekend! We are expecting Baby number 8, I just want to say thanks to all of you who left sweet messages, congratulations and gave me the best hugs! We are excited, a little nervous too! 8 kids! Holy cow! Today I thought it would be fun to share pictures from my parents easter egg hunt. We told the family by bringing our own special egg and adding it to the hundreds of eggs that were out for the kids to grab!
My cute nephew Vinny was the lucky one and when he opened it, complete confusion! I had put a positive pregnancy test in the egg. I was hoping it would be a discussion over who it was! I had two sisters there and and two sisters in laws that were there also! No discussion at all! Vinny gave it to his mom Becky, she looked at it and immediately yelled ” Lara! You’re PREGNANT! ” It was great and wonderful! Everyone was so happy for us! Lots of cheers, hugging and pictures!
I will remember it forever!

I had to share two chaos pictures this week!
The first one was from Saturday! Charli is in a copying stage…. she loves it, Lucy is often the one she is copying and it frustrates Lucy A LOT! I had to snap a picture! Charli is happy as can be and Lucy is moments from a melt down! Poor girl!
This one is from Sunday! I made jello with Lucy for lunch, she worked really hard at it, she cut up the bananas all by herself! We had it in the fridge and when we got home from church and it was time to eat…. this is what we found!
