Delicious and EASY Hummus!

Easy, and delicious Hummus! Can be made with canned beans or slow cooker beans!
Ingredients
  • 1½ cans of drained grabanzo beans(also known as chick peas)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • 5 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of water
  • ⅓ cup tahini ( sesame paste)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Place garbanzo beans, kosher salt and garlic in food processor.
  2. Process 15-20 seconds.
  3. Scrape down bowl and process again 15-20 seconds.
  4. Add lemon juice and water, process 15-20 seconds
  5. Scrape down bowl
  6. Add Tahini and process 15-20 seconds
  7. Scrape down bowl
  8. With food processor running, very slowly add olive oil in a slow drizzle.
  9. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips. Keep refrigerated!
