Happy, happy Thursday! The week is almost over!  Looking forward to the weekend!  I am so excited to share a fun and SUPER easy recipe!  I saw something like this on the canadian kraft website and made it my own, so thank you Canada Kraft for the idea!!

It is very simple!  All you need is jello, a muffin tin or two (depending on how many you are making) whip cream, some berries or cherries! EASY!

Make your jello as normal. Mix one cup hot water to one small package of jello, stir for two min and then add one cup cold water, stir.

Place in clear cups, you  can do plastic or glass, I used the cheap plastic cups for this example and I think they look fine!!! But for super fancy jello you can use glasses.

Fill the glasses, I used a 1/3 of a cup.  Place them at a slant in the muffin tins, those were the best at holding them.  Let them set up in the fridge for a few hours.  I used two boxes of jello and it made 12 servings. On a side note, I really need some new muffin tins!  oh boy those stinkers have been well used!

After they have set up, use a piping bag or a sandwich bag or even a spoon and fill the cup with whipped cream.  To make it easier I just used cool whip, but you could use real whipped cream too!!

Top with a cherry, or a berry!  You could do orange jello and throw some orange zest on there, or a piece of candied orange peel… the ideas are endless!  I am going to share a tye dye jello next week!  SO be looking for that!

See how pretty and how simple!  AND HOW EASY!!

I hope you enjoy it!  I think your families  will love it!   These would be great for a holiday side dish, a pretty potluck dish or just a fun and Fancy dessert!

Also, we are still collecting gently used blankets to give to the needy, if you have any you would like to donate please let me know! I am off for today!  Lots of do, remember those 12 loads of laundry waiting to be folded…………..yup still waiting!  Going to try to work on that!!  Have a super happy wonderful day!!  I will see you tomorrow!!
