Happy, happy Monday!! It is a beautiful crisp morning! I was so excited that the air is a little cooler! I was able to wear tights to church!! I loved it! It can stay this temp for quite some time, thank you~
I had a super weekend! My sweet friend Heather and darling little sister Becky threw me a shower! It was so kind and sweet of them. The shower was so cute! I was so impressed and wowed by the whole thing! This is our 8th baby, so I was not sure if people would even want to celebrate. We have not had a boy in 8 years and it was so fun to see some cute boy stuff! I was still kinda in girl mindset…. not anymore! This baby is set to be looking adorable thanks to some amazing friends!
I feel very blessed. Blessed with such great friends and such great family to be loving and supportive and to give up their Saturday afternoon, and be so generous in bringing a gift! Which they did not have to do!

These two amazing girls! Heather is one of my dear best friends, we have been friends since our teen years and I am so grateful to still be part of her life! I keep telling her if she moves, I will simply lose it! Becky, is my little sister who has always been a big part of my life, from visiting me when I lived out of state, to being at every birth (except Emma) She is amazing! Hard to believe we are years apart! Both of them…. love them dearly!
They set up this cute diaper station and people wrote the greatest little comments! Mike and I had a blast reading them. Some sweet and some just downright funny!
Delicious Blue popcorn and the bluest cupcakes ever! These cupcakes dyed everything they touched! Fingers, teeth and lips! They were delicious!
Such a sweet sign! I love it and I got to keep for the baby! Still no name…. but I know he will love it! And what a great reminder, that we are children of our Heavenly Father and to remember we are prince and princesses, one day to be kings and queens. I love it!
My friend Shanna came and she knew no one! Bless her heart! That can be scary!! It was so great seeing her!
Heather, Stacy and I. Stacy is also a very dear friend, She gave me the most amazing hand made gifts! A baby sleeper, a diaper rose, little hand made shoes and hats! I need to share a picture! She is WOW!
A crazy gift that included a stained onesie, one nursing pad and some used hand cleaner…. too funny! Trying to figure out what to say and who to thank! Stinker Becky and her tricks! So funny though!
My mom and two sisters, Maria and Becky! So grateful they were able to come and celebrate! I am blessed with the most amazing family!

Heather introduced Gianna (Beckys adorable little girl) to tootsie rolls! SHE LOVED THEM!!! I love Heathers face in this!!

A BEARS THING!! MIKE WAS THRILLED! The boys said we need to take that to the hospital!! At birth, they will be teaching him go Chicago bears!
Marsha ( my mother in law) got me a nursing gown, but it is kinda sexy… looks more like a nightie, I said ohhhh baby number nine when mike sees this! She is saying” no, it is for nursing!’ I responded with that is not what Mike is going to think! hahahahaaha! She was dying!
I am so grateful for Becky, she really is such an amazing lady, My little sister a wife, a mom and an amazing friend. She has blessed my life in so many ways. She has the best sense of humor and the biggest heart. I still have all her little notes and cards she mailed to me when I moved to college and she was only 10. I am grateful for her for so many things and excited to have her at this babys birth! I know Heavenly Father places families with purpose and I feel so blessed that she is not only my sister but one of my best friends. I love her dearly.
I am so grateful for Heather! She is such an amazing friend. We were friends in young womens (at church) and growing up we weren’t best friends, but as time went one we became best friends.. She has been such a wonderful friend, from helping me with my children when we had lice ( yes lice! She came and helped me not freak out! but to get all the kids done!) to helping me decorate my house. She has come to visit with every single baby, and always has made my children and me feel so special and that she loves us! I am so grateful for her! So thankful Heavenly Father has placed her in my life!
It was an amazing day, I feel so blessed and so grateful for all those who came, and even those who could not come who sent the sweetest messages and thoughts of love to me. I know I have shared this before, but growing up I did not feel like I fit in, I did not feel like I had any real friends, and I look at my life now and I feel so grateful. As I said my prayers Saturday night, I just said thank you, thank you heavenly father for sending me such wonderful people in my life. Thank you for the joy that I have. I just felt overwhelmed with such gratitude! I wish I had felt and been aware of the love that not only Heavenly Father has for each of us, but the love of others. I probably would have had great friends, and felt that love before if I had only been aware of it and listened to the promptings of Heavenly Father putting people in my life that love me…. rant over, just hoping if you are ever struggling with feeling like that, just look around, you are loved… so much. I wish I could thank publicly each of my sweet friends that came to the shower, or sent their love, there is not room here, but to each of them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, and I am so grateful for you.
