Happy, happy Friday! It is that time again! My five favorite things this week! What a week it has been too! It was Marsha’s first birthday on Sunday! Where has the time gone? I can not believe it! I am sharing a post next week of her first year! SO , look for it! Tomorrow we are celebrating both girls, so we have a busy day of cleaning house, baking cakes and getting ready! It is going to be wonderful! I am grateful for lots of stuff this! Here you go!
1. Charlotte and Marsha of course! They both had birthdays in the last two weeks, they are only 2 yrs 8 days apart. I think it so fun how they play and just love each other. I am so grateful for both of them!

2.My old sturdy popcorn popper! With me making popcorn every week and on average a hundred bags, I am so grateful for this popper! Seriously guys! If you don’t have a popcorn popper like this… GET ONE! They are fabulous!

3. Thanksgiving décor is up! I love Thanksgiving, I love earthiness of all the décor, it is the only holiday that is full of leaves, pumpkins and gourds. It is wonderful! This décor was super easy, just get a bag of little pumpkins and put them in a glass jar! SIMPLE!

4.Music in the home! I love the times when the kids just walk by the piano and start playing. Marsha has begun doing it and although it is not real “music” It is a joy to hear. Every home needs a piano! If you don’t have one, check out Craigslist, people are always getting rid of them!

5.The cute girl Treecy at Sally’s beauty store! I had to go in there for some hair color to cover the gray that seems to be coming in like crazy! She was so cute, so friendly and helpful. We got to talking and when kids came up, I told her I had seven and she stared at me….. “no Way!” I laughed and said “yes, it is true.” She was so sweet and made my day! Said I did not look old enough to have seven and that you could not really see the gray hairs! It made me so happy and her happy, helpful spirit was a joy to be around!

My fabulous five things this week that just made me happy! And if I am totally honest, I really want to throw in a number 6! IT SNOWED!! I loved it! It was only a day, but so beautiful and so lovely! Ohhh, this answers my question about the popcorn in a later post, haha. Where do you get one of those? Who knows how to play the piano at your house, just curious? If you have stuff to say, I would LOVE to hear from you on Saturdays!
Hi dana! You can get the popcorn popper at any big store, like walmart, target, kmart, farm and fleet. They are usually really easy to find around Christmas! Great gift! Emma and Mikey take piano lessons! I may start posting on Saturdays! Thank you so much!!
