Happy, happy Fabulous Friday!! It is a special edition of fabulous friday! I know I normally have five things but this a biggie! I just want to share my living room! While we were in the hospital having baby Hinckley, my amazing friend Heather was not only watching all of our children but redoing our living room too!
I so wish I had a before picture! Just imagine green and white sponge painted walls………… and no pictures on the walls………… and plain pillows that matched the couch…… very boring and not personal at all. We have lived here for two years! Is that not terrible!
We had good intentions, we had bought some frames that we liked for some collage pictures, we had the pictures, sitting in the envelope in the closet…. good intentions get you no where!
So off we went to have a baby! Heather was amazing the entire experience! She came to the hospital with me, helped me get checked in, stayed with me until Mike got all the kids off to school, checked on his sub and then he was able to come to the hospital! Heather stayed with our kids, made dinner, cleaned up and loved them…………….. and did I mention redid the living room! A NEW LIVING ROOM!! Sorry just it was amazing!
Heather did in three short days, what we had not done in two years!!

We did have the family photo up and yes if you look closely that baby is LUCY!! Poor Charli and Marsha are not even born yet! We need to get a new family picture printed!
AND we need to get a photo of Mikes family, we had one, but lost all FIFTY thousand pictures we had one our computer……. all gone…. so we have to get one from his sisters…and that is not an exaggeration, we really lost over 50,000 pictures.

It was amazing! Heather used stuff we already had and made it amazing and gorgeous and warm and lovely, I love it! We use this room for our christmas tree, family home evening, scriptures and to read. The couch is from Value Village (thrift store) and it is the most comfortable thing in the world! Mikey will put a little space heater in there and try to sleep there every night.
It is a lovely room and I just can not say enough thank you to Heather and her sweet hubby Dan and Stacy! I feel really blessed to have such wonderful friends!

So it is more than five things but not really! I am grateful and thankful and every time I go in that room, I am reminded of her love and all the hard work she did to make a gorgeous room for us to enjoy!!
I hope you have a super weekend! I might post this weekend, but I might not….. have to pop in and see! But I will see you monday!! Four day school week for the kids next week! YAY!!!
