Happy Wednesday! I am pretty shocked by how cold it is still! It is like 15 below zero windchill! Spring break is only two weeks away!! Yay! I am looking forward to a break from the cold! We are going to spend the week in “Christmas Village” Sounds cold huh? It has an indoor pool so I am just super thrilled about that! The kids are super thrilled to have a week off school, I am thrilled to have some family time!
Last night I had Gourmet Gurus, it is a cooking class that I do with my girlfriend Cathy. We all meet at my friend Harriet’s house and teach a cooking class to some ladies, it started out as people from church and has grown to include ladies from all over! It is so much fun! We taught about “green” food, Cathy made these delicious Spinach Ricotta cups, they were so pretty and super easy. She also showed, Green Velvet Cake-yummy! , Lime popcorn! Mint Cheesecake Bars! AND Mint Grasshopper Pie! She went above and beyond! They were so good!
I made green peasant bread, ( I will be sharing that on the blog later next week) and a chocolate mousse cake! Sharing that also next week!
It was super fun! I love those ladies and love the friendships we share! Next month we are sharing Easter Ideas! If you want to be on the mailing list for any and all of these recipes, sign up to get notifications for new blog posts! Just click the follow button on the bottom right!

Gourmet Gurus!! So fun!!
Marsha said “dada” I don’t think it meant anything but it was fabulous to hear!
Charli fixed her hair so her bangs did not get in her eyes! I think she used a can of hairspray!
Homemade raspberry sauce, is it so bad that I want to lick the plate?
Mike- he is adorable and sweet and I love him.
