Happy, happy Monday! It is the first really chilly day of the season for us! The kids wore hats and gloves today! Very exciting! Thanksgiving is upon us! Only 17 days away!! I love to decorate for the holidays, love it! It was one of the things Mike and I talked about before getting married. He wanted to know if I would decorate for the holidays and I said “of course”. Seriously though, he could have said ‘will you stand on your head once a day ?” I would have said “YES!” I love him that much! So, with seven kids, frugality is so important. I wanted to share a very easy decoration you can do for your table. I apologize in advance for the quality of pictures! I am saving, saving, saving for a good camera! Until then, just look past the harsh lighting :) Okay! The items I am using are all inexpensive, I have the leaves that were actually left over from my sister’s wedding, they were throwing them away and I asked if I could keep them instead! That was 7 yrs ago and I still use them. If you don’t have a wedding to get them from…. the Dollar store carries leaves as well as Hobby Lobby. The wheat is out of food storage, the plate I got from my brother Jeffrey about 4 yrs ago, THANK YOU JEFFREY! The bunch of leaves is from Wal-Mart, they were about $2.00. Lastly, the clear glass vase is also from the Dollar store. Okay, here is it! Simple!
