Happy, happy Saturday! Saturdays are wonderful aren’t they? Even if you have to work, or run errands or do chores…… the world is happier on a Saturday! This is for the week!
There you go! Again, sometimes things change… it happens. I try to keep things easy. I also know that even when it seems it can be easier to just order something or pop a premade pizza, sometimes its really not faster or better. Last night, things were a bit busier than normal. It was 7pm, I had not even started dinner yet! I thought about having the kids eat cereal… it is true! They would be hungry in an hour if they did that…. so I just decided to still do the homemade pizza and in all honesty, in the time it would have taken to either order a pizza or go pick one up… we had fresh, cheesy, yummy pizza! And lots of happy kids! On top of that, I saved money! YAY! I love it when that happens! I hope you have a great week! If you would like any of these meals featured on the blog, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I will do that! Make someones day today! Share a smile or two!
HUGE hugs,
Lara

1. I never started cooking until I was 21!
2. I eat a mini candy bar in a minimum of three bites. I will take a bite and save the rest for later!
3. I secretly want to be a motivational speaker!
4. I have to sleep on the side of the bed closest to the door!
5. I love the sound the machine makes when you are getting your eyes checked!
