Happy, happy Monday!! Holy cow! What a weekend! I am so excited to share our new baby t-shirts we made, but first UPDATE!! Baby looks really good, I am doing really good! Your thoughts and prayers are helping so thank you!! I met with the dr, and he has decided to induce Monday morning, if I don’t go into labor on my own. A week from today! I am really hoping to go into labor on my own. I am sure it is not likely, I am only 38 weeks, but I am hoping and praying to go into labor this week! That somehow, baby will be ready and can come on his own!! If you get a minute, please remember us :) Thank you!!
So one week, left from today! I went through my maternity clothes over the weekend, that felt lovely! It is so funny, I am always so excited to start wearing them and by the end of the pregnancy, I almost want to burn them! haha! I picked out my last two Prego church outfits, and a weeks worth of clothes! The rest are ready to be donated! If you know anyone in the Racine Area who needs maternity clothes! Let me know!
With time running out! We made our new baby t-shirts, Each of the kids make a Big sister or Big brother shirt! I love them and to buy them is kinda expensive for 8! So we always make them! They are super fun to make, super easy and the kids really love them! It is also so neat to see how they have changed and what they put on their shirts each time!
SUPER EASY!!
I found the blue shirts at the dollar store! YES the dollar store! SCORE!! The pink ones were on sale at Jo-Anns for $2.25 a piece, so not too bad. I use Sharpies ( they never wash out it seems!) and some fabric markers. I let the kids go to town!
Get all your supplies ready!! T-shirts, sharpies, fabric markers and a single little onesie for baby!
Marsha wanted to eat the markers at first!
Mikey is goofy! His shirt says big like 6 times, he wanted it to say how many times he is a big brother!
Tucker was excited to draw! He put things he loves on his! His had milkshakes, and a root beer float to name a few!
Heston had Chicago Bears and lots of designs!
Lucy drew a picture of her holding the baby, and her name!
Charli put dots everywhere on the front! She was kinda done with the back, there are only a few dots on there!
Marsha figured it out! Lots of scribbles! Mom helped with the New Big Sister part!
Here is part of Hestons! Can you see the football helmet for the Chicago Bears?
The back of Tuckers, he made his to look like a jersey!
Our new baby’s! Holy cow! It is really almost time!!
Number 8! Who would have ever thought we would have 8 children! It is almost unreal! I remember hoping to be able to have one! We are so blessed to be able to have 8! I will never take that for granted… ever. Yesterday in church, the lesson was on eternal families and as we near the birth of this baby, I am once again reminded how blessed and sacred it is to be able to bring children to this earth and raise them. To know that we will forever be a family……….. makes all of the hard stuff in this life totally worth it.
Here is our massive pile!! In age order! See cute Emma’s at the top? I did not get her own picture, but goodness she is a cute artist! The children will wear these the first time they meet the baby, so you will be able to see them better!! Can’t show you them all yet! Where is the fun in that!
Only a few things left to do until next week! Freeze a few more meals, try to deep clean again! Rest, go on a date with Mike, enjoy some time with the kids, carpet clean the piano room, I finished cleaning the tv room, have not started the piano room! One room was enough! I was done! haha! Freeze a few more lunches, and rest again!
Wish me luck, I know there are million more things I need to do, I just can’t remember them now! oh yeah! I need to grocery shop! This morning we ran out of eggs and milk and bread all at once! How did the happen? Oh well! Oatmeal for breakfast!! YUMMY!
See you tomorrow! OH AND I WILL ANNOUNCE THE WINNER OF THE ULTRASOUND GIVEAWAY TOMORROW!! So come back!
Have a super happy day!

How fun. I love how involved they get with the shirts. Very different than buying them.
