Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope your day is going so wonderful! It has been a busy morning! The children start getting up at five am and are all out the door by 7:20 am! Needless to say, mornings are a bit crazy! I wanted to share a quick lunch idea! The children take cold lunch everyday and some days I am more prepared than others. Today was not one of those days! Today, we are going grocery shopping and I don’t usually run low on the staples….. however today I did! No bread! What! I also did not take any lunch meat out of the freezer! However, I do have tortillas! Yay! And I have peanut butter! Tortillas are a great alternative to bread. We use them a lot for sandwich roll ups. Peanut butter is just plain awesome always! I am sure you all have seen this done a million times, well here is a million and one!
Ingredients
tortilla shell
peanut butter
mini chocolate chips ( I think mini is important here!) You can use semi sweet or milk chocolate!
Step one: spread peanut butter over one side of tortilla
Step two: sprinkle mini chocolate chips over peanut butter
Step three: roll it up!
Yummy and delicious and SUPER QUICK! This morning I did these roll ups, some goldfish and some pineapple for their lunch! Took about 6 min to make four complete lunches! Try them! Today will be a fun day! Going to finish putting up Christmas! YAY~ And Grocery shopping! I LOVE IT! Have a super happy day!
HUGE hugs,
Lara
