Happy, happy Saturday folks! Hope you are doing well! This is only my second time posting on a Saturday! I usually leave Saturday to do all the things I did not get done during the week! Sunday is the Sabbath so I set that aside for church and family time. BUT… we are going to change that up a bit! I wanted to share a little more. So on Saturdays I am going to tell you what my next week is going to be! I have a pretty organized meal plan… sometimes we switch things around but all in all it works! I plan a month of meals in advance and do a big shop and then weekly little shops. With nine people here, Milk, bread and apples of course go through really, really fast! So at least one trip to the grocery store a week is pretty normal. Sometimes we will end up going twice. I plan breakfast, the kids lunches for school and dinner. Lunch for myself and the kids at home quite honestly is simple. Leftovers or salad and a quick sandwich, or pasta is our normal. Here is the menu for this week!

What has worked for you? Please share your favorites! Let me know if you would like this type of post to continue! Happy Saturday!
