Happy Thursday! I want to share a super idea that we use to limit the waste of toilet paper! It has helped our family so much! And it is Thursday! I love Thursdays! Well, I think I love everyday to be honest. I mean everyday has something wonderful about it don’t you think? I am so grateful everyday! Okay, now back to TOLIET PAPER! We are a family of NINE, Seven of which are children, FIVE of those seven sweet children use toilet paper. We go through a lot of toilet paper! A LOT ! Seriously, every two weeks it seemed I was running to sams club to buy more. If I could I would get a toilet roll thing like the stores have, one of the massive rolls! Mike does not like that idea! I remember growing up and my dad would have a meeting in the bathroom with all 11 of us ( I have ten brothers and sisters) and he would have a little five minute class about how much toilet paper we should be using. Can you imagine how crowded that was, can you imagine how much toilet paper we used! My poor parents! So, I came up with a different plan. I saw something like this on pinterest and decided to make my own!
All I did was use my silhouette machine and some vinyl and ta duh!!! We now have a sign that shows them where they should stop pulling the toilet paper! AND IT WORKS!! I have seen the kids making sure they did not take too much. It was super easy and took about five min. If you don’t have a silhouette machine, you could just get some vinyl and cut the words out yourself or sometimes the dollar store will sell letter stickers and just use those to write the word stop here! Now, everyone that uses the bathroom knows how much toilet paper is good ! We have had a few guests that find it quite humorous also! It works great and it has helped limit the times I am buying toilet paper! YAY! Hey, it is the little things that can bring joy right ! Have a happy Thursday!
