Happy, happy Thursday!!  I am so excited!!  So excited and so nervous!  Tomorrow is the big reveal!  The new blog site!  I know I am probably making a bigger deal about it than I should!  However, I have worked really hard on it so I hope everything goes according to plan with no glitches!

I am so sorry I did not end up sharing the cinnamon roll recipe and Beckys Chicken….  or having Ashlee From ashleemartinsmith.com guest post!  I will have those for next week!  I just really needed to focus on getting things up for tomorrow!

I wanted to share one quick funny story!  The other day we had some friends come over, when they walked in the front door, this is what they saw…

My boys had been playing with their nerf guns and they had bullets all over the place. They are white because they glow in the dark! Pretty cool right?  Well it just happened that right when they came in,  Charli came out of the bathroom playing with make-up ( are you shocked it is Charli?  NO… me either !) Something was said, and My friend jumped away from the bullets, she was like ” wait what, oh no!”  Her husband looked a little awkward and then I realized what they thought those little white bullets were!  TAMPONS!  They thought I had tampons thrown around the house!  I was embarrassed for a millisecond and then just thought it was funny!  I realized they really do look like tampons!  I remember as kids we would play with them and make them into  boats or little guns that we would shoot the “bullets” at each other! My poor mom would get so frustrated with us!

So now, everyday, I make sure there are no bullets lying around and if there are when someone comes, I merely say ” those are bullets, not tampons… just so you know!! They laugh, I laugh! Life is good!

SMILE BOOK!
I was having a sad day earlier this week, just a little sad about one of my family members and I prayed about it before I read my scriptures, and somehow I ended up reading a general conference talk, (you can read it here) it was all about family relationships and to be forgiving even people are unkind, or hurtful.    I felt such peace, and I am so grateful for that.  Love one another and forgive…. that is the best thing we can do.

I am just about done with the switching over of the blog!

Marsha snores…. quite honestly I LOVE it!  I want to sleep by her, just to hear her snore. Little baby snores are the sweetest!

I went grocery shopping last night, by myself!  ALL BY MYSELF!  I did miss the kids a bit, every time I heard a child talk to their mom, I thought, oh that is how Lucy sounds or who ever is around that same age, but it was so relaxing…. AND I got all the shopping done ! WHooooo Hooooo!
